Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi. This position is responsible for planning and executing sales and marketing strategies that support client acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility.

Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating promotional campaigns, and overseeing sales activities across channels such as corporate, institutional, direct, B2B, and e-commerce. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to design integrated marketing initiatives, preparing performance reports, and optimizing campaigns based on data and market feedback.

Manager will ensure consistent communication with stakeholders, maintain high service standards, and represent the company in meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in sales and business development, ideally across corporate, institutional, direct, and B2B channels.
- Proficiency in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning within advertising and promotions.
- Ability to manage client accounts, build long-term relationships, and deliver solutions aligned with client growth objectives.
- Comfort working with e-commerce, corporate gifting, and promotional activities as part of integrated sales and marketing plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, including experience with sales targets, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Proven leadership or team coordination capabilities, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in advertising, communications, or a related industry is preferred.
