Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Kozhikode. The position involves planning and executing sales and marketing activities to promote Cydez Technologies’ digital transformation and IT service offerings. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying potential clients, generating leads, and managing the sales pipeline.

The role requires preparing and delivering presentations, engaging in client meetings, and maintaining strong professional relationships to drive revenue growth.

Executive will also assist in developing marketing campaigns, creating promotional materials, coordinating events, and collaborating closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective strategies and campaigns.

Candidates should possess solid Market Research skills to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and understand customer needs.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present solutions clearly, negotiate terms, and build lasting client relationships.

Candidates should possess proven Sales and Marketing skills to manage pipelines, close deals, and support brand growth.

Relevant experience in IT services, digital transformation, or B2B solutions is highly beneficial.

Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in basic CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
