Stefen Electric Pvt. Ltd. is the sister company of Steadfast Engineers LLP, engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of Lithium-Ion Battery solutions, battery packs, energy storage solutions and related electrical products for industrial and commercial applications.

Job Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email marketing, WhatsApp, social media, online portals and other marketing channels.
- Identify and approach potential customers, dealers, distributors and industrial clients.
- Promote and explain the company's Lithium-Ion Battery products and solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new customers, markets and business opportunities.
- Visit customers for meetings, product presentations and business development when required.
- Coordinate with the technical, production and management teams to fulfill customer requirements.
- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, quotations and sales follow-ups.
- Manage and promote products through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, LinkedIn, Facebook,



Instagram and other B2B platforms.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.

Required Experience
- 2–4 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in Lithium-Ion Batteries, EV Batteries, Battery Packs, Energy Storage Systems, Electrical Products or Industrial Products will be highly preferred.
- Candidates with experience in B2B / Industrial Sales and Marketing will have an added advantage.
- Should have a proven ability to generate leads, develop customers and convert inquiries into business.
- Experience in handling industrial clients, dealers and distributors will be preferred.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Valuable customer relationship management skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Email and Internet.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and B2B platforms is an advantage.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings when required.
- Self-motivated, energetic and target-oriented.
