Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor & motivate the sales team
- Drive monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Develop strategies to increase revenue
- Handle client meetings, presentations & site visits
- Lead negotiations and drive deal closures
- Build relationships with clients, brokers & channel partners
- Drive lead generation through networking & partnerships

What We’re Looking For

- 1+ year of Real Estate Sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving targets & closing deals
- Strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of residential/commercial real estate
- Strong networking & relationship-building abilities
- Target-driven, confident & proactive approach
- Graduate/MBA preferred
