We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Manager – Sales to drive business growth for Q Green Techcon Limited's range of fly ash brick machines, concrete block and paver block manufacturing plants, AAC solutions, material handling equipment, batching solutions, and complete automated production lines across Gujarat.

The ideal candidate should possess strong B2B project sales experience in construction machinery, brick & block manufacturing machinery, concrete equipment, building material manufacturing plants, industrial capital equipment, or infrastructure solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, handling technicalcommercial discussions, and supporting customers from enquiry generation through project finalizationKey Requirements

- 8-10 years of experience in capital equipment sales, industrial machinery sales, or project sales.
- Mandatory experience in one or more of the following industries:



o Fly Ash Brick Machine Manufacturing o Concrete Block & Paver Machine Manufacturing o AAC Plant Machinery o Construction Equipment o Concrete Equipment o Batching Plants o Material Handling Equipment o Industrial Plant & Machinery o Building Material Manufacturing Equipment
- Strong understanding of project sales, techno-commercial negotiations, and solution selling.
- Experience handling high-value machinery sales and turnkey projects.
- Ability to build relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, government departments, and manufacturing clients.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
