Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Sales Manager position.

The Sales

Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, manage client relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities include leading a team of sales professionals, identifying new business opportunities,



conducting market research, and negotiating deals with clients. The role also involves collaborating with real estate developers and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through creative solutions and follow-ups.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in sales management, client acquisition, and business development

Strong negotiation, leadership, and team-building skills

Deep understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends and customer needs

Ability to conduct market research and design sales strategies

Proficiency in communication, time management, and networking

Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field; MBA preferred

Prior experience in managing a sales team and working in a target-driven environment

Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing strategies is an advantage
