We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team at our BH Kamala TVS Showroom, part of the Bharath Group. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the showroom sales team, improving customer experience, and driving overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the showroom sales team.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Monitor individual and team sales performance.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase vehicle sales.

- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and conversion of leads into sales.

- Ensure proper follow-up on showroom, digital, referral, and enquiry leads.

- Monitor daily sales activities and prepare sales performance reports.

- Ensure proper product presentation and maintain showroom standards.

- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate with the General Manager and other departments regarding sales operations.

- Monitor competitors, market trends, and local sales opportunities.

- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and training to sales executives.





- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure a smooth buying experience.

- Maintain discipline and compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably in a two-wheeler dealership.

- Previous experience as a Sales Manager / Sales Head / Senior Sales Executive will be an advantage.

- Strong leadership and team-management skills.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Target-oriented and capable of working under pressure.

- Strong customer-handling and relationship-management skills.

- Valuable knowledge of local market and automobile sales.

- Basic computer knowledge and ability to prepare sales reports.

- Valid driving licence and willingness to branch visit weekly basis.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
