We're looking for an experienced Senior Admissions Counselor who can independently counsel students and parents, lead high-value admissions conversations, and drive enrolments for competitive global university applications.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and families on university selection, admissions strategy, and profile positioning.

Own the complete journey from counseling to enrolment.

Build trust with students and parents while achieving conversion and revenue targets.

Guide applicants targeting top global universities across the US, UK, Europe, Canada, Singapore, and beyond.

Collaborate with internal application and content teams to ensure seamless execution.





Maintain CRM hygiene, manage follow-ups, and contribute to improving counseling processes.

What We're Looking For

Prior experience in study abroad admissions, EdTech, or premium education consulting.

Solid understanding of global university admissions and application strategies.

Excellent communication, relationship management, and consultative sales skills.

Proven track record of converting high-intent leads and managing premium client relationships.

Experience counseling students applying to top universities such as the Ivy League, Oxbridge, LSE, Imperial, Stanford, MIT, UC Berkeley, NUS, INSEAD, and similar institutions is preferred.
