We are looking for energetic and ambitious Inside Sales Interns who are interested in building a career in sales, customer engagement and the Ed Tech industry.

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Intern, you will interact with prospective learners, understand their career goals, explain suitable training programs and support them through the enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective learners through phone, Whats App and email

Understand candidate profiles, career goals and training requirements

Explain Data Mites programs, certifications and learning pathways

Follow up with enquiries and support candidates through the enrolment process

Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM





Work closely with the sales and academic counselling teams

Learn consultative selling, objection handling and customer engagement

Contribute towards monthly enrolment and sales targets

Who Can Apply

Graduates or final-year students from any discipline

Freshers interested in Sales, Business Development or Ed Tech

Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is an advantage
