Role Description The Sales Intern role at HarvTech is an internship position based in Chennai with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be completed from home. The intern will support the sales team in identifying potential customers, conducting outreach, and assisting with product presentations for Smart Electric Tractors. Daily activities include maintaining customer records, preparing sales materials, coordinating follow-ups, and responding to basic inquiries under guidance from senior team members.





The intern may help organize training sessions or demos for customers and internal teams, and contribute to sales reports and documentation. This role offers exposure to agricultural technology sales processes and opportunities to learn from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with prospects and existing customers.

Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, pipeline tracking, and follow-up activities.

Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to assist in preparing and delivering product demonstrations or informational sessions.

Interest in agricultural technology, sustainability, or electric vehicles is highly beneficial.

Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Basic proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or sales tracking software is an advantage.
