This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced elevator sales professional who can drive business development, generate new projects, build strong relationships with builders and developers, achieve sales targets, and support the establishment of our current Bhubaneswar branch.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team.
- Generate new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Develop strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and site visits to proposal, negotiation, and order finalization.
- Generate and close high-value elevator projects.
- Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, installation, service, and finance teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure timely payment follow-up and collection.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, industry events, and presentations.




- Identify market opportunities and support the setup and growth of the new Bhubaneswar branch.
- Identify potential business areas and develop the local market after joining.

Candidate Requirements – MUST HAVE

- Minimum 5+ years of exclusive experience in Elevator/Lift Sales.
- Strong experience in elevator project sales / current installation sales.
- Experience in modernization and maintenance/AMC sales will be an advantage.
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing high-value elevator orders.
- Strong network with builders, developers, architects, consultants, and contractors in Bhubaneswar and nearby areas.
- Strong business development and customer acquisition skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of elevator products, technical specifications, and project execution.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Experience in leading or managing a sales team is preferred.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing/Sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
