We’re Hiring: Sales & Guest Relations Executive

Whispering Woods Resort | Sets in the City We’re looking for a Sales & Guest Relations Executive who is passionate about hospitality, sales, and creating memorable guest experiences. What are we looking for :

Prior experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry

Good understanding and hands-on experience with OTA platforms

Excellent communication skills and confidence handling calls, emails, and chats

Solid customer-service mindset with the ability to understand and assist guests throughout their journey

Ability to handle guest queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution

Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills A proactive, positive, and solution-oriented approach

Ability to convert enquiries into bookings and contribute to overall revenue growth What you will be doing:





Handle sales enquiries across calls, emails, chats, and OTA platforms

Assist guests from the initial enquiry through booking and post-stay interactions

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth guest experience

Resolve guest concerns and ensure issues are addressed promptly

Follow up with leads and maximise booking conversions

Build strong relationships with guests and encourage repeat business
