About Modix Box
Modix Box is an anime merchandise and funky products store in Bhubaneswar, offering a wide range of anime collectibles, merchandise, toys, accessories, and unique products for anime and pop-culture enthusiasts.
We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Sales Executive to join our team and help customers discover products they love while creating a fun and engaging shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in the store.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, prices, offers, and other details to customers.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Support day-to-day sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain product displays and ensure the store remains organized.
Assist with inventory checking, product arrangement, and stock management.
Handle billing and basic store operations when required.
Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
Stay updated about new products, anime merchandise, and ongoing promotions.
Requirements
18 years of age or above.
0–1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, energetic, and customer-friendly attitude.
Willingness to learn and grow.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
