PV Smart Energy LLP is expanding its sales team and looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Sales Professionals to join our growing organization. ? Location: Hyderabad (Chanda Nagar) & Bangalore ( Gospaze Realty Varthur Main Rd, Kumarapalli, Thubarahalli, Whitefield)

? Experience: 2 - 6 Years

? Employment Type: Full time | Permanent ? Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Generate leads through IndiaMART, digital platforms, company website, and other sales channels.
- Promote and sell electrical materials and renewable energy solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, estimates, and sales orders based on customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain customer and lead information in the CRM.
- Track sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS. ? Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.




- 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Field Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good experience in lead generation and customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of CRM software such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Target-oriented, self-driven, and willing to travel for customer meetings when required. ⭐ Preferred Industry Experience

Experience in any of the following industries will be an added advantage:

Electrical Products | Solar & Renewable Energy | Industrial Products | Building Materials | EPC
