We are looking for confident, energetic, and target-driven Sales Executives who enjoy talking to people and can build trust with clients.

As a Sales Executive, you will communicate with prospective clients from Canada, USA, UK, and Australia who are looking for matrimonial services. Your role is to understand their requirements, explain our premium membership plans, and convert inquiries into paid memberships.

Key Responsibilities

- Call warm leads and interested customers.
- Explain Prime Rishta's matchmaking services.
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Convert inquiries into memberships.
- Follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain customer records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.

Requirements

- Minimum Graduate (12th pass with excellent communication may also apply).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Hindi and Punjabi speaking is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of sales, telemarketing,



customer service, or call center experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Positive attitude and confidence.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working in the night shift.

Shift Timing

Night Shift (8:30pm IST to 5:30am IST)
