Job Summary

Golden Goods is looking for energetic and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. The role involves promoting and selling our FMCG and homecare cleaning products, developing new customers, maintaining existing relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers, retailers, distributors, and business opportunities.
- Visit shops, retailers, distributors, and other potential customers regularly.
- Promote and sell company products effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain solid relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Take orders and ensure timely follow-up and delivery coordination.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product pricing.
- Expand product distribution and market coverage.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the management.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure proper product visibility and availability at retail outlets.

Requirements





- 10th / 12th / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in FMCG / consumer products / field sales is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
