Vishesh Build Mart is looking for a Sales Executive – Field Sales who will be responsible for promoting our products, visiting construction sites and projects, generating new sales leads, and developing strong relationships with customers and market professionals.

The ideal candidate should be confident, energetic, good at communication, and comfortable with regular field visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit construction sites, ongoing projects, contractors, builders, dealers, and potential customers to generate business opportunities.
- Promote and market Vishesh Build Mart and its range of construction and building material products.
- Identify and generate recent sales leads through field visits, market visits, references, and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, architects, engineers, plumbers, interior professionals, and other relevant customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations team to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
- Maintain regular records of site visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Monitor market activities, customer requirements,



and competitor offerings.
- Represent Vishesh Build Mart professionally in the market.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, construction materials, building materials, hardware, sanitaryware, plumbing, electricals, or a related industry is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel regularly for site and market visits.
- Ability to generate leads independently and follow up consistently.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
