Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive – Email & Calling based in Nashik.

The Sales

Executive will manage outbound and inbound email and phone communication with prospective and existing clients, introduce Combat Solutions AI’s products and services, and qualify leads. Daily activities include preparing and sending targeted email campaigns, conducting follow-up calls, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and coordinating with technical and marketing teams to align messaging. The role involves explaining AI-based solutions in a clear, business-focused manner, scheduling meetings or demos for senior team members, and supporting the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing opportunities.

Executive is expected to meet defined outreach and conversion targets while providing a professional, responsive customer experience.

Qualifications

Robust communication and interpersonal skills, including professional email writing, clear phone communication, and active listening.

Experience in inside sales or business development, especially in roles focused on email outreach, cold calling, and lead qualification.

Proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools and basic office software for managing contact lists, follow-up schedules, and reports.

Ability to understand and explain technology or software solutions in simple, business-oriented terms; interest in AI and automation is an advantage.

Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work with targets, manage time effectively, and handle multiple prospects simultaneously.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for documenting interactions, updating sales records, and preparing reports.

Prior experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or IT services is preferred but not required; familiarity with AI or Python-based solutions is a plus.

Minimum educational background at the diploma or bachelor’s level in any discipline; relevant sales training or certifications are beneficial.
