Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in the Greater Delhi Area.

The Sales

Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with small and startup clients, and promote the company’s digital experience services. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, following up on leads, negotiating terms, and closing deals.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, tracking sales metrics, and providing regular reports and insights to management.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in prospecting, lead generation, and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to conduct client needs assessments and match services to business objectives.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
- Experience with basic CRM tools and sales tracking or reporting systems.
- Understanding of digital marketing, web design, or related digital services is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and objection-handling capabilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, especially with small or startup companies, is desirable.
