As a Sales & Event Management Intern, you'll receive hands-on training in client servicing, sales, event planning, and banquet operations while working alongside experienced professionals. Eligibility:

● Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

● Marathi is mandatory; Gujarati will be an added advantage What You'll Learn: During the internship, you will gain practical experience in

● Client handling and customer service

● Sales and booking conversions

● Event planning and coordination

● Vendor management

● Business communication

● Billing and operational processes

● Relationship management and upselling

Key Responsibilities:

You will work with our team to

● Welcome and assist clients visiting the banquet.

● Understand customer requirements and support the booking process.

● Assist in planning and coordinating events.

● Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth event execution.

● Build and maintain strong client relationships.

● Support billing and payment follow-ups.

● Collect customer feedback and help improve client experience.

Compensation & Work Details:

● Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

● Working Days: 6 days a week

● Internship Duration: 6 months

● Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM (including meal and rest breaks)

● Location: Thane West (On-site) Since client meetings and events are mostly scheduled during afternoons and evenings, interns gain valuable real-time exposure by working during business hours.
