Job Title: Sales Engineer

n Job Summary:

n We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal

n candidate will have a strong technical background combined with a passion for sales. You

n will be responsible for understanding customer needs, promoting our products/solutions,

n and providing pre-sales and post-sales support.

n Key Responsibilities:

n • Identify and develop new business opportunities by generating leads and cold

n calling prospective clients.

n • Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.

n • Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers.

n • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to offer customized solutions.

n • Prepare and deliver technical quotations, proposals, and reports.

n • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.

n • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

n • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors,



and market conditions.

n • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as needed.

n Key Skills and Competencies:

n • Strong understanding of technical products and solutions

n • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

n • Ability to translate complex technical information into business value

n • Customer-focused with solid negotiation and problem-solving skills

n • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting

n • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

n Educational Qualifications:

n • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related

n fields)

n • MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing (preferred, not mandatory)

n Preferred Experience:

n • 2–5 years of experience in technical sales or business development

n • Experience in industrial products, B2 B Sales

n • Experience in the fasteners industry or similar industrial product categories is a

n strong advantage
