Project Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate with customers and internal teams for seamless project planning and execution.

Supervise installation activities, ensuring strict compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.

Coordinate post-installation support to guarantee maximum customer satisfaction.

Who We Are Looking For

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.

Industry Experience: Proven experience in Technical Sales of HVAC systems, industrial equipment, ventilation solutions, or HVLS fans.

Core Skills: Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, and customer management skills.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of industrial safety standards, electrical systems, structural requirements, and site installation practices. Ability to confidently read engineering drawings and site layouts.

Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Auto CAD, Zoho CRM,



MS Office, and related software.

Mobility & Travel: Must possess a strong willingness to travel extensively anywhere in Gujarat at short notice for site visits and project supervision.

Language Proficiency: Business-level fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English to ensure smooth coordination across our regional client base.
