About the role: We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative who will focus on identifying current business opportunities, engaging prospects, and building a strong sales pipeline across the Thailand/APAC region through strategic outreach and relationship building.

Responsibilities: 1.

Conduct Market

Research about Manufacturing companies and customer segmentation based on our Ideal Customer Profile(ICP) in an allocated region.

- Creation of introductory pitch decks and email formats for different insider sales approaches, targeting manufacturing companies focused on Automotive and CPG Industries.
- Lead Generation and Creating cold-call and workflows for cold-calling/cold-emailing, to generate at least 5-6 meetings per week for AEs. Creating compelling hooks for first calls.
- Propose solutions to prospective clients, and set up next-level meetings with the AEs in the team.
- CRM Management. Requirements

Worked as a BDR/SDR in other software companies, and set up email/call sequences(Operating at ~100 calls/~500 emails per week)





Worked as a Sales Engineer/Manager in the manufacturing sectors. Preferred candidates with software sales, and solution sales experience with a Value-based approach. Hands-on experience with tools such as Lusha, EasyLeadz, Sales Navigator and others. Machine-Vision Sales Experience along with Industry 4.0, ERP is a plus.

Knowledge of basic manufacturing processes and automation is mandatory.

Prior experience working with Thailand/APAC markets is preferred.​

Fluency in English is a must
