We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and production teams
- Maintain sales records, reports, and CRM data
- Assist in order processing and documentation
- Support sales team in achieving targets
- Ensure timely communication with clients
Who Can Apply:
- Graduate (BA/BCOM/ Business Administration/ Diploma / B.E. / M.E. preferred)
- 1–3 years experience in sales coordination / back office (preferred)
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
- Strong communication, coordination & multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email handling
