Role Description The Sales Coordinator role is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

The Sales

Coordinator will support the sales team by managing inquiries, preparing quotations, maintaining customer records, and coordinating order processing and documentation. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer queries, scheduling meetings and demonstrations, following up on leads, and ensuring timely communication between sales, service, and operations teams. The role also involves monitoring sales activities, updating CRM or internal systems,



preparing basic sales reports, and assisting with logistics for product demos, training, and events.

The Sales

Coordinator will work closely with internal stakeholders to help deliver a responsive, professional experience to customers in high-technology industries.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage inquiries, quotations, documentation, and internal workflows.

Candidates should possess proven Sales and Customer Service abilities to support the sales team, handle client interactions, and follow up on leads and orders.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional telephone and email etiquette.

Candidates should possess proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort working with CRM or sales tracking tools.

Relevant experience in a technical or B2B industrial environment, especially in manufacturing, engineering, or metrology, is beneficial.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are required.

A diploma or degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with the willingness to learn about 3D technologies and inspection solutions.
