We are hiring a Sales Associate for a Land Rover dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a premium customer experience, generating sales leads, conducting vehicle demonstrations, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.

- Present and demonstrate Land Rover vehicles, features, and specifications.

- Generate and follow up on sales leads from walk-ins, referrals, and digital inquiries.

- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance, technology, and financing options.

- Build robust relationships with prospective and existing customers.

- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams for a seamless sales process.

- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Stay updated on Land Rover products, competitor offerings,



and market trends.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.

Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably in luxury or premium automotive brands.

- Strong sales experience from premium automobile dealerships will also be considered.
