Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our retail showroom team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, suggesting suitable products and supporting the store team in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide friendly and professional service.
- Understand customer requirements and assist them in selecting suitable products.
- Explain product features, sizes, colours, prices and offers to customers.
- Maintain proper product arrangement and ensure the showroom is presentable.
- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Attend to customers throughout the sales process and provide a good shopping experience.
- Handle customer questions and complaints politely and professionally.




- Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is properly arranged.
- Assist with billing and packing as per store procedures.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification is Plus Two.
- Freshers can apply. Previous experience in retail sales or fashion sales will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Good interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
