The Outlet Salesman is responsible for handling day-to-day sales activities at the outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining product display standards, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Handle billing and cash transactions accurately

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the outlet

Ensure proper product display and stock arrangement (FIFO method)

Monitor stock levels and inform the manager for replenishment

Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively

Promote new products, offers, and combo deals to increase sales

Follow company policies and operational procedures





Requirements & Skills

Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree

Previous retail or food outlet experience preferred

Positive communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems

Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Customer-focused with a positive attitude

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
