Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Jaipur, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, including lead generation, prospect outreach, product or service presentations, and closing deals, while maintaining solid relationships with existing and potential clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating promotional materials, tracking performance metrics, and coordinating with internal teams to align sales and marketing strategies.

The specialist will provide high-quality customer service, deliver product training or demonstrations where needed,



and support sales management through reporting, pipeline updates, and market feedback. The role requires proactive communication, regular client follow-ups, and participation in both on-site and virtual meetings.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and build long-term relationships.

Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and support strategic sales initiatives.

Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product or service presentations, demos, and onboarding support to clients or internal teams.

Experience in marketing activities such as campaign execution, social media outreach, and basic analytics is beneficial.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.

Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Jaipur, with the ability to collaborate both in-person and remotely.

Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is preferred;

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
