Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings and presentations, and promoting DJ Computing’s digital transformation services across mobile, cloud, SaaS, and AI solutions. The specialist will develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns, manage leads through the sales pipeline, and maintain strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth.

Daily activities include coordinating with technical teams to understand service offerings,



preparing proposals and sales documentation, delivering product demonstrations and training sessions, and gathering market intelligence to refine go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build trust, and support clients throughout the sales cycle.

Demonstrated ability in Sales and Sales Management to drive lead generation, close deals, and manage pipelines or accounts.

Experience in Training, including delivering product presentations, workshops, or onboarding sessions for customers or internal teams.

Background in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in IT services, cloud, SaaS, or digital transformation domains.

Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with CRM tools, basic marketing analytics, and MS Office or equivalent productivity tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented approach and ethical, inclusive work practices.
