Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cuttack. This role is responsible for generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals to meet revenue targets. The Specialist will engage with customers, present products and services, respond to inquiries, and provide follow-up support to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Daily activities include coordinating marketing campaigns, assisting with promotional activities, gathering market feedback, and reporting on sales performance. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, participating in product and sales training,



and maintaining accurate records in sales and customer management tools.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospects and existing clients.

Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive conversions, manage pipelines, and support revenue growth.

Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver or support product and sales training for colleagues or partners.

Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
