Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth, develop new markets, acquire new customers, and manage key business relationships.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B Sales, Marketing and Business Development, preferably from a Manufacturing, Packaging, Printing or Industrial Products background. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, handling key clients, developing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate new B2B business opportunities through market research, lead generation and direct customer acquisition.
- Identify and develop new markets, customers and business segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Handle key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales negotiations, quotations, commercial discussions and deal closures.
- Develop relationships with OEMs, industrial clients, corporate customers, distributors and channel partners.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Production, Operations, Dispatch and Management teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations and pending orders.
- Monitor sales pipeline, revenue performance and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, client meetings and other promotional activities.




- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and business development plans for management.
- Develop long-term business relationships and explore opportunities for repeat and bulk orders.

Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development.
- Strong experience in B2B / Industrial Sales and Marketing.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Packaging, Printing or any other industrial/manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in handling corporate clients, OEMs, industrial customers or channel partners.
- Strong negotiation, communication and client-handling skills.
- Good understanding of market research, competitor analysis and business development.
- Ability to independently manage sales activities and convert leads into business.
- Solid networking and relationship-building skills.
- Candidates currently based in Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai will be preferred.

Compensation

₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and current CTC.
