Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. The intern will support lead generation activities, assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, and help manage communication with prospective and existing clients. Daily tasks may include responding to inquiries, following up on leads, maintaining CRM or tracking tools, and gathering feedback from clients to improve service delivery.

The intern will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to prepare presentations, sales pitches, and basic reports on campaign performance.



The role also involves participating in training sessions, learning company offerings, and contributing to sales and marketing initiatives that strengthen client relationships and drive new business.

Qualifications

Solid Communication skills for client interactions, internal coordination, and professional correspondence.

Customer Service capabilities to handle inquiries, address concerns, and support positive client experiences.

Sales and Sales Management interest or exposure to prospecting, lead follow-up, and supporting basic sales processes.

Ability to participate in Training, quickly learn digital marketing and IT service offerings, and apply learning in real projects.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (social media, online ads, SEO) is an advantage.

Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email) and willingness to learn new software.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
