About Us

TT Xpress is building a up-to-date fleet care platform for commercial vehicle operators covering preventive maintenance, repair and servicing for trucks and buses. We work directly with fleet owners and transporters to reduce their vehicle downtime and cost per kilometre.

Role

Identify fleet customers, convert and onboard them onto TT Xpress services, and own those relationships long term - including commercials and payment coordination. This is a Field-first role

What you'll do

- Generate leads through field visits, transport hubs, referrals, and industry networks
- Pitch, negotiate, and close agreements, including CPK/contract-based structures
- Onboard accounts and act as their single point of contact; resolve escalations fast




- Grow wallet share through repeat business and upsell/cross-sell
- Coordinate invoicing, follow up on collections, and track receivables
- Maintain pipeline in CRM; report weekly on visits, conversions, and collections

Who we're looking for:
- 3–6 years of B2B field sales/KAM experience in the CV ecosystem(tyres, lubricants, spare parts, fleet services, telematics, or logistics)
- High ownership - you treat your territory like your own business
- Existing fleet owner/transporter relationships in North India
- Own vehicle with valid driving licence is must
