- Generate recent leads through calls, referrals, and field visits.
- Contact prospective customers and explain property features and benefits.
- Arrange and conduct site visits for clients.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for promotional activities.
- Assist customers throughout the booking and documentation process.
Requirements good communication skills
- Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
