Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Kalaburagi for an RPA UiPath Trainer. The trainer will design and deliver structured UiPath RPA training programs for corporate and academic participants, including creating lesson plans, course materials, lab exercises, and assessments aligned with current industry practices. Daily responsibilities include conducting classroom and hands-on sessions, mentoring learners on automation best practices, guiding them through real-time projects, and providing individual feedback to support skill development.

The role also involves updating training content as UiPath features evolve,



collaborating with internal teams to tailor programs for different client requirements, and contributing to curriculum enhancement and certification preparation. The trainer is expected to maintain high engagement levels, track learner progress, and support continuous improvement in training quality.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong hands-on skills in RPA development using UiPath, including workflow design, orchestrator usage, and implementation of end-to-end automation solutions.

Candidates should possess skills in curriculum design and training delivery, including creating structured training content, lesson plans, and practical labs for diverse learner groups.

Candidates should possess skills in classroom facilitation and communication, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly, manage sessions, and engage participants effectively.

Candidates should possess skills in assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, and supporting learners in project work and certification readiness.

Candidates should possess familiarity with broader automation and software development concepts such as .NET, Python, or API integration, which will be beneficial for real-world use cases.

Relevant UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath RPA Developer or Trainer certifications) are preferred, along with prior experience as a trainer or mentor in RPA or related technologies.

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience
