Key Responsibilities:
Analyze high-volume Radar RFID data to identify consistent exception patterns at the store or product hierarchy level, flagging potential accuracy issues due to fabrication, placement, or sensor logic.
Develop and maintain energetic dashboards and advanced analytics tools to move beyond rigid, pre-set Tableau reports, enabling flexible deep-dives into product-level exceptions.
Conduct advanced testing and validation of inventory adjustment generation and acceptance parameters to transition from static rules to dynamic, product-type-specific rule sets.
Perform root-cause analysis on false exits and unnecessary inventory allocations by tracking adjustment codes (confidence, stability, MLED exit, etc.) and tying them back to SKU-level allocation data.
Analyze Radar-driven replenishment across key categories and product lifecycles,
building exception reporting to flag RFID-identified out-of-stocks in high-volume SKUs that failed to trigger a re-allocation.
Experience in data analytics, ideally within retail, inventory management, or supply chain technology.
Hands-on experience working with RFID tracking systems or advanced IoT inventory data (experience with Radar data structures is highly preferred).
Demonstrated ability to use data to drive process improvements, with a proven track record of finding financial and labor efficiencies (such as labor savings from physical inventory elimination).
