Role: Revenue Operations Specialist

Location: Onsite - Gurgaon What will you be doing here?

Optimize Salesforce CRM to ensure effective use by the sales and marketing teams.

Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to track key performance metrics.

Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.

Collaborate with marketing teams to identify trends and recommend data-driven strategies.

Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align operations and improve customer experiences

Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Desired

Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.

4-7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing analytics.

Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with CRM management.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
