We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Retention Marketing Executive with 2 - 4 years of experience in D2C ecommerce, preferably within the beauty or skincare sector.

Proven expertise in designing, executing and optimizing cross channel campaigns, automations including email, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS campaigns and drip campaigns.

A strong understanding of customer segmentation, A/B testing and maximizing customer lifetime value.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.

You will be responsible for driving loyalty and repeat purchases by owning our customer retention strategy.

Develop and manage the entire lifecycle marketing journey from onboarding to re engagement.

Analyze campaign performance using metrics like open rate, click through rate, conversion rate and customer lifetime value.

Collaborate with the creative, performance and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Identify opportunities to introduce personalization and optimize marketing automation flows.
