Role Description The Retail Store Manager role at Ethera is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.
The Retail Store
Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, including supervising staff, managing schedules, ensuring visual merchandising standards, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This role will focus on delivering an exceptional in-store experience, guiding customers through product selections, and upholding Ethera’s service promises. The manager will monitor sales performance, implement retail loss prevention measures, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
The role also involves coaching and developing team members, resolving customer concerns,
and collaborating with head office on promotions, reporting, and process improvements.

Customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build long-term relationships and handle escalations professionally.
Strong interpersonal and Communication skills to engage customers, lead teams, and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders.
Store Management capabilities, including team leadership, scheduling, inventory oversight, and execution of visual merchandising standards.
Awareness of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring store activities, safeguarding stock, and enforcing security procedures.
Previous experience in retail or luxury goods, preferably jewelry or fashion, with a track record of meeting sales and service targets.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required in retail environments.
Comfort with basic technology tools and point-of-sale systems; willingness to learn AI-driven retail solutions.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
