Key Responsibilities

Product

Planning & Assortment Management

Assist in planning and curating product assortments based on sales trends, customer preferences, and regional demands.

Coordinate with design and production teams to develop commercially viable and trend-driven collections.

Support seasonal line planning, product launches, and merchandise calendar management.

- Inventory & Stock Management

Monitor inventory levels across stores and online platforms to ensure optimal stock availability.

Track sell-through rates, identify slow-moving SKUs, and coordinate inter-store transfers or markdowns.

Work closely with supply chain and retail teams for replenishment and allocation planning.

- Sales & Performance Analysis

Analyze sales reports and performance data to identify trends and actionable insights.

Provide regular feedback to the design and production teams on bestsellers and gaps in product mix.





Prepare periodic merchandising dashboards and reports for management.

Production

Coordination

Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely product development and delivery.

Track order status, quality checks, and approvals in alignment with merchandising timelines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.

4-6 years of experience in merchandising — in jewellery industry

Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis.

Valuable understanding of jewellery categories, trends, and customer preferences.

Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.

A balance of creative eye and commercial mindset.
