We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organised sales floor
- Process transactions accurately using the point of sale system
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Assist with stock replenishment and visual merchandising

Skills

- Excellent phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Hindi; fluency in English is a plus
- Strong organisational skills
- Effective time management abilities
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Basic maths skills for processing transactions
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
