Role Description We are looking for experienced hospitality professionals with a solid background in Premium, Fine Dining or Upscale Casual Dining concepts.

Preferred candidates

- Experience in premium / fine-dining restaurant brands
- Candidates from 5-Star Hotels with strong F&B; / restaurant operations experience
- Proven experience in restaurant operations,



team leadership & guest experience
- Strong understanding of service standards, business performance and operational excellence
- Excellent communication, leadership and people-management skills
- Candidates with experience handling premium clientele and high-volume operations will be preferred. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field

5+ years of relevant experience in Premium/Fine Dining, Upscale Casual Dining, or 5-Star Hotels

Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, F&B; service, guest experience and team management

Candidates with experience in premium restaurant brands or luxury hospitality will be preferred.
