Role Description The Restaurant Captain at Radhe Upvan Resort is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role oversees daily restaurant operations, including supervising service staff, coordinating table assignments, and ensuring smooth service during all meal periods.

The Restaurant

Captain greets guests, manages reservations and seating, and ensures that guests receive timely, courteous, and accurate service.

Responsibilities include monitoring food and beverage presentation, handling guest feedback, supporting staff training, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.



The role also involves close collaboration with the kitchen and management teams to maintain quality, resolve operational issues, and support special events or banquets as needed.

Qualifications Robust Supervisory Skills to lead, guide, and motivate restaurant service staff.

Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to deliver a positive dining experience and handle guest concerns professionally.

Effective Communication skills for clear interaction with guests, team members, and kitchen staff.

Knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards, menu items, and basic presentation and pairing principles.

Prior experience in restaurant or hotel operations, preferably in a captain or senior service role.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by resort operations.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.

Minimum high school diploma; hospitality-related training or certification is an advantage.
