We are seeking an experienced Resource Manager to oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal utilization of resources, balance project demands, prevent employee burnout, and collaborate with delivery teams to assign the right talent to the right projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and allocate resources across multiple projects based on skills, availability, and business priorities.
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Project Managers, HR, and Business Leaders to understand current and future resource requirements.
- Perform capacity planning by forecasting project demands and identifying resource gaps.
- Monitor resource utilization, billable hours, bench strength, and workforce productivity.
- Optimize employee allocation to improve utilization while maintaining work-life balance.
- Resolve resource conflicts when multiple projects require the same resources.
- Develop resource allocation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Prepare utilization reports, capacity reports, and resource forecasts for leadership.




- Track project staffing requirements and proactively recommend hiring or internal resource movement.
- Maintain an updated skills inventory for all employees.
- Support workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance resource planning efficiency.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition for hiring based on future project demands.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

PMP, PRINCE2, or Project Management certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

Experience working in an IT Services, Software Development, Consulting, or Digital Transformation company.

Hands-on experience managing 100–500 employees across multiple projects is preferred.

Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall project environments.
