Resort Operations Supervisor

Eucalyptus Munnar is looking for a responsible, hands-on Resort Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of our resort.

This is not a desk-only front office role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of daily operations, coordinate the team, look after guests, and ensure the property runs smoothly throughout the day.

The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, practical, guest-focused, organised, and comfortable handling day-to-day operational issues independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily resort operations and ensure a smooth guest experience
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, enquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Coordinate housekeeping, room readiness, restaurant service, maintenance, and front office activities
- Monitor reservations and online booking platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, and MakeMyTrip
- Ensure guest rooms, common areas, restaurant, pool area, and resort surroundings are clean and properly maintained
- Supervise staff attendance, duty allocation, grooming, discipline, and day-to-day performance
- Follow up on maintenance issues and ensure problems are resolved promptly
- Coordinate with vendors for supplies, laundry, repairs, transportation, and other local services
- Maintain simple daily reports covering occupancy, revenue, expenses, guest feedback, and operational issues




- Respond quickly to guest concerns and help maintain strong online reviews
- Keep the owner/management regularly updated on resort operations and important issues

Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, homestay, villa, or similar hospitality property
- Positive spoken and written English
- Malayalam is preferred; Hindi or Tamil will be an added advantage
- Ability to supervise staff and coordinate multiple areas of resort operations
- Comfortable dealing directly with guests and resolving problems calmly
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Familiarity with OTA booking platforms is preferred
- Honest, dependable, organised, and willing to take responsibility
- Willing to stay at the resort in Munnar

Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in hospitality, resort operations, front office, or guest relations
- Experience supervising a small hospitality team
- Experience handling OTA reservations and guest reviews
- Experience working in an independent resort or boutique property is an advantage

Schedule

This is a hospitality operations role and requires availability during weekends, public holidays, and peak travel periods.

Pay: ₹10,086.00 - ₹27,782.31 per month
