Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Farm Manager to manage the daily operations of our farm and gaushala. This is a residential position, and the selected candidate must live on the farm premises and be available to handle urgent farm-related situations.

The manager will oversee Sahiwal cows and calves, employees, milk production, hygiene, feed, equipment and associated farm operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the daily care, feeding, milking and health monitoring of cows and calves.
- Prepare and enforce schedules for milking, feeding, cleaning and other farm activities.
- Assign responsibilities to workers and monitor attendance, discipline and performance.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the cow sheds, milking areas and production units.
- Record daily milk production, feed consumption, animal health and farm expenses.
- Coordinate with veterinarians for vaccination, treatment and preventive healthcare.
- Monitor cattle breeding, pregnancy, calving and calf-care records.
- Supervise stock of fodder, medicines, equipment and other farm supplies.
- Ensure equipment issued to workers is recorded, properly used and returned.
- Support A2 ghee production, cold-pressed oil, vermicompost and biogas operations.
- Prevent wastage, theft,



negligence and unnecessary farm expenses.
- Provide daily operational reports, photographs and updates to management.
- Remain available for emergencies involving animals, workers, machinery or farm security.

Candidate Profile

- Previous experience managing a dairy farm, gaushala or agricultural operation
- Practical knowledge of cattle care, feeding, milking and farm hygiene
- Strong leadership and worker-management abilities
- Honest, disciplined, observant and responsible
- Able to maintain daily records using registers and WhatsApp
- Hindi communication is essential
- Willing to live permanently on the farm premises
- Diploma or degree in agriculture, dairy, animal husbandry or veterinary support is preferred but not mandatory

Working Arrangement

- Residential accommodation will be provided on the farm.
- The manager must reside in office throughout the employment period.
- Weekly rest and personal leave will be scheduled with management.
- During emergencies, the manager must be reachable and available on the farm.

Compensation: Based on experience, accommodation provided

This role is suitable for someone who takes complete ownership of farm operations and treats animal welfare, cleanliness, discipline and productivity as daily priorities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
