Role Description The Research Associate role at Amity University is a full-time, on-site position based at the Noida campus.

The Research

Associate will support ongoing research projects by conducting literature reviews, collecting and analyzing data, and assisting in the design and implementation of research methodologies. Daily responsibilities include preparing research reports, drafting manuscripts and presentations,



and contributing to grant proposals and documentation. The role involves close collaboration with faculty members and research teams, participation in seminars and academic discussions, and adherence to ethical and institutional research guidelines.

The Research

Associate is expected to maintain detailed records of project activities, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders when required, and contribute to the dissemination of research outcomes.

Qualifications

Strong research skills, including literature review, qualitative and/or quantitative data collection, and basic statistical analysis.

Proficiency in academic writing, report preparation, and documentation suitable for conferences, journals, and funding agencies.

Ability to use research-related software and tools (e.g., reference management systems, data analysis software such as SPSS, R, or similar).

Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with faculty, peers, and external partners on research projects.

Ph.D. or equivalent in a relevant discipline; prior research experience, publications, or project work is highly desirable.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet research deadlines.

Demonstrated commitment to ethical research practices and continuous learning in the chosen field of study.
