Role Description The Research and Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hubli. The specialist will design, conduct, and analyze experiments related to fertilizer formulations and agricultural inputs, including Macro, Micro, and Nano products. Daily responsibilities include planning research projects, collecting and interpreting data, performing laboratory tests, and documenting findings in reports and technical documentation.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve existing products, develop new formulations,



and support field trials with clear communication of results and recommendations. The specialist will also ensure compliance with relevant quality, safety, and regulatory standards while contributing to continuous innovation in product development.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Research and Development (R&D;) and Research skills for designing studies, developing formulations, and validating product performance.

Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and evaluation of laboratory and field results.

Candidates should possess Laboratory Skills for handling chemicals, conducting experiments, maintaining lab equipment, and following safety protocols.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for preparing reports, presenting findings, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Soil Science, Chemistry, or a related field;

experience in fertilizer or agrochemical R&D; familiarity with experimental design and statistical analysis; and the ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
