Role Description The Research and Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for planning, leading, and executing R&D; initiatives that support new service offerings, process enhancements, and strategic business objectives.

Day-to-day activities include designing research frameworks, analyzing market and industry trends, evaluating data-driven insights, and translating findings into actionable recommendations. The manager will coordinate cross-functional projects, set milestones, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of R&D; outcomes. In addition, the role involves guiding and mentoring the R&D; team, fostering a culture of innovation,



preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership, and ensuring alignment of R&D; activities with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Research and Development (R&D;) skills, with experience in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions and improvement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess solid Research skills, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation of market and industry information.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Management and Team Leadership skills to guide, motivate, and develop R&D; professionals.
- Candidates should possess robust Project Management skills to plan, execute, and track R&D; projects within scope, time, and budget.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, science, or a related field; experience in corporate services or professional services is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in using productivity and collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
